Good Spot
Clean and well maintained. Quite a few long term residents, but sites are well kept. Level concrete pads. The turn out onto 395 south is risky, but we enjoyed our stay and will be back if in the area.

Interesting
Strange and weird that they sale alcohol, but you can't drink it on premises. I won't be staying here.

Under Construction - Not Good For Dogs
RV Resort.... It has the potential but not there. Non level pads; big pieces of gravel throughout sites; no grass; very limited trees; noisy next to hwy. Staff friendly but .... construction starts at 6:45am so don’t think about sleeping in. The noise was so bad I packed up my RV and left by 8:15am. Good thing I only paid for one night. They warn you about the wifi and your potential of being hacked and id stolen. Which is a concern with public wifi but they must have a problem. There’s ways of fixing that. Lots of cable channels. Dumpsters not marked clearly. Pet area is a joke. Do not leave your awning out, winds pick up quickly. I felt more comfortable at a US Forest Service campground.

Classy People
Arrived late but site was ready for us. Easy pull in. I had flu so host helped my wife setup next morning. Spent all 4 days in hospital in Carson City. They refunded 2 nights to try to ease my pain and gave me supplies for the road. Good Christian people will get my business again. Great clean facilities

Not Good For Dogs
If you don’t have a dog this park is fine. The spots are a reasonable size and the place is well maintained. It is right on the highway with no walls or vegetation to protect it so it is quite noisy. But they must have got a bulk discount for “Pets Prohibited” signs because they are everywhere! Every little patch of grass has one. The park has several dog areas - dirt and gravel and very tiny. If you have a dog that actually needs exercise there is nowhere to walk it unless you go out on the busy highway.

Good place to use as home base for the Reno/Tahoe/Carson area. Very friendly staff and well appointed convenience store on site. Laundry/bathrooms/shower facilities well maintained and clean. Quiet at night. 15 mins to greater Carson City, 30 mins to Virginia City. There are a number of full-timei residents here, but it is NOT trashy, sketchy, or anything I would not consider this any kind of safety issue. I would like to suggest expanding/improving the dog park. Its fenced, but pretty small for my labrador. Fine for smaller dogs I guess. This the reason for 4 stars, not 5. We will definitely be back.

Great Location
The staff here is amazing! The park is clean and well kept. Laundry rooms are immaculate, as are the restrooms. They have a well stocked store and you can get gas, diesel, & propane on site. They're not very pet friendly and prohibit you from walking your dogs on the grass. They do have 4 "dog parks" but they're really just tiny, fenced in patches of dirt. Their electrical is also an issue for some sites. We consistently had low voltage which caused our surge protector to shut down all the electric to the camper. Overall, this is the best option though if you're wanting to be near Carson Valley & Carson City.

Great Park In The Carson Valley
We stayed for the Genoa Cowboy Poetry festival just 8 miles away. Friendly and helpful staff. Super clean bath/shower facilities. Well stocked market. Gasoline and propane well priced. Looks like 70% longer term residents but the park is very well maintained. Scenic views of the Sierra and other ranges. Can be windy. Overall, worth returning.
