Love It

We have stayed at the park many times an love it. Have had no problems while in the park, it’s well maintained. Great office employees. Will stay there again.

As a Class A in a back in, the park is hard to disconnect and connect because there is no level area. The parking area is all uphill when exiting. That makes it very hard to connect your vehicle safely. It was fairly early morning when we pulled parallel with the office to hook our car in the rain. Our neighbors pulled out shortly after us and said no hurry. We finished quickly and I began pulling the RV up while my husband made sure all was connected . Suddenly I hear a horn blowing and I immediately stop. This little Jeep comes pulling up asking if we are okay and that we were causing a road block. Well we weren’t until you blew the horn. I believe the lady was an employee from the day before. No we probably won’t go back. If you own an RV, you know when you are moving in a park and you hear horns , you stop to make sure someone is not trying to get your attention. I work in a park office. If this was an employee, there are better ways to handle this.

Great Park

Stopped here for an overnight on our way through Kansas City. What a pleasant surprise. Extremely nice staff, lovely park. Our site was on a hill but tiered to be perfectly level. Landscaping provided privacy. Near highway but noise was not a problem at all. Will definitely return for longer stay if back in area.

Big And Nice

This was one of our favorite parks and it is open late to accommodate us late travelers. It had nice cement pads and grass, full hookups, laundry, pool. We didn’t go to the amusement part of the park but got to see some fireworks!

No shade and spots are very close together, but landscaping helps separate them a bit. Not a destination we would have chosen, but many thanks to the security staff that found us a spot when we rolled in without reservations at 2am after all the other campgrounds on our route were full – sure beat boondocking at a Walmart parking lot.

Fun Park

Campground is nice and very well keep. Spots are tight how ever the landscape helps divide the sites. Pretty close to highway so the noise was noticable. If not for the theme park would have given worse review.

Clean park. Great, friendly staff. Short walk to both parks. Will come back again.

Fun For A Short Stay

Stayed 2 nights just to go to the amusement parks. The campsite was close enough to quickly get to and from the park, but walking is not as easy as others have said as there is a huge incline between the RV sites and the parks. However, you get free parking at the amusement parks so driving was easy enough, and we did return to the camper twice during our 14 hours at the parks to eat and clean up. That made all the difference. Campground was tight but the landscaping broke it up nicely. The highway was super close. Not enough to bother our sleep, but effected our outside time dramatically. Would go back to visit the parks and stay here but probably not just to stay by itself. Pool and hot tub were nice too. But very pricey!

Great After Hours Staff

Very clean sites. Sites are not big but just enough. Girls at the front desk were useless but the after hours crew were awesome. My daughter fell and banged her head. We called security and they asked the park nurse to come back after she was off the clock to come back and check her out. She did without hesitation. The nurse and after hours security were second to none. By far the bast staff I have ever had the pleasure to interact with. Restrooms were pretty dirty and should be given more attention. We did not stay there for the amusement park but instead visited family.

Great For Kids

Kids loved it. Very convenient to walk to amusement and watermarks from your RV. Very clean new facilities. Lifeguard on duty at pool. Only thing keeping it from a 5 star for me was it's location near an industrial area creating lots of big rig road noise all through the night.

Cool Place For Kids!

Very clean park, bought ticket package and kids spent the day at the park. Great location and friendly staff. Would stay again. They should offer shuttle service to the park as its almost a half mile up hill to the park entrance.

Exceptional RV Park

Stayed here over a week and by far the nicest park I've ever stayed at. Super clean. Exceptionally well maintained. Great pool and hot tub. Nice store on site. Views of KC were amazing and sunsets memorable! 50-30 amp hookups, sewer, great water pressure. They are quick to clean after folks move. Park was closed except on weekends so it was very quiet. However the road noise was noticeable. Nice central location to get around KC. Would definitely stay again!!

Nice Park

Very nice pull through spot. Everything worked great and was very clean.

We only stayed for one night and didn't go to the amusement park. Everything was in working order. The bathrooms even passed my wife's scrutiny and the sites were level. I would stay again.

Horrible Customer Service

We pulled in very late and the office was closed so we had to get security to give us a spot. The spot that they gave us had no water, the Wi-Fi is broken, everything including the arcade and park were closed until April. We went to the office in the morning to complete our check in/check out and the people in the office were very rude. They had zero customer service skills and not friendly to us at all. We just purchased a brand new RV and were very excited to come to the campground but this was a complete disappointment. Only friendly people we met here was the security guards at work overnight that helped us get set up
