Beautiful With Great Hiking
Difficult for a 40 ft motorhome to access even the pull through sites, but Lake Superior is breathtaking. Good hiking areas. Great family campground and nice spots for tents and campers.

Hard To Drop In After Season
It's a pain to drop in after the summer season ends. The website crashes and phoning in takes two calls, one to see what sites are open and one to reserve the site you choose after driving through.

Goose Berry Falls Campground
Nice place to camp. Sites are a bit close together. Bathrooms are clean. Park workers are friendly. Little bit of a walk to get to the falls but nice scenery

Scenic
Here you get a two for one.
The falls area, (which is accessable without a state park sticker in the rest area lot ), and Lake Superior.
To access the lake, you either need to have the sticker, or you have to hike a bit.
Many of the campsites are very close to the lake.
Also, you can access the bike trail here. Park for free in the rest area lot (it gets full quickly in the summer) , or park close to the lake with a sticker.
