Great Last Weekend
Here in early November. Perfect place although the facilities have closed for the year. Lots to do, so many trails for the kids and dogs to walk. Cannot wait to come back.

Our favorite camp ground. Many trails, a lighthouse you can tour for a small fee, lost lake, lake Michigan and a boat launch to reach Hamlin lake.

Great place for taking walks/hikes and kayaking.
Sites are sandy but nice size & lots of trees.
Also we saw a lot of deer. They walk right into the campgrounds.

Best Camping Trip Ever
There is a reason that this campground is almost impossible to get in to. We spent 1 1/2 weeks there and could have spent another month without being bored. Great beach, amazing hiking trails, great fishing and wildlife as well as the dam. Best State Park in Michigan!!! Don't forget to check out The House of Flavors while you are there.
