Very Pleasant Camping Experience
I'd give this campground an A+. It is quiet, neat, spacious sites, easy to get in and out of. The hosts are friendly. It is in a convenient location, 19 miles from Acadia but avoids being in the middle of the tourist congestion. A nature trail is easily accessible to the campground. Laundry and bath house are clean and the machines are new and the dryers actually dry your clothes. Pet friendly with plenty of room to walk your dog but no dog park. Above ground pool. Gravel sites and roads, sites easily accommodated our 35 foot fifth wheel and truck with room to spare. We would stay here again.

Huge Lots
Great place. Very accommodating, especially when we came up during busy season with no prior reservation. The lots were huge.

Setting it straight.
As I was driving by his pull thru site and he come flying out of his camper and calls me a G.D. A-hole and an effing liar. I did what anyone would have done, you got what you deserved!

It was ok
Owner was patronizing and unpleasant on a couple occasions. Campground was crowded and I was surprised to see coin laundry ($2 to wash and $2 to dry) given the price of the space. Wifi also didn't work. It's a place to park if you have limited options but don't expect much.

Customer
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! Camp host mislead about the capabilities of the hookup. When we tried to talk to Jeff the camp host he was insulting, no customer service what so ever and used abusive, fowl language and threats. We left the campsite and went down the road to another camp ground. Much better hookup and more pleasant experience. We plan to contact the local chamber of commerce and file a complaint.
