Stayed here for a week. Muddy wet spot by the water, drinking water was disgusting, turned everything orange including cloths and had to change our filter. Mosquito invested, noisy and they don't do anything to accommodate you to a better site.

Bad Water
I’m giving this three stars because the host are fabulous and the location is great for the park. However, the water here is on a well and the water quality is extremely poor. We have gone through 4 water filters in 2 weeks and have had poor pressure (probably due to the sediment in the water supply). Not sure if I would stay here again.

This Is a Resort?
The Pros Very friendly and pleasant staff and a good location in the water.
The Cons. Weak cable, non existent Wifi and brown water. Plus a $4 per day Resort Fee charge. Stay somewhere else until they fix all this.

Ok
I rated this because of the front line people were so helpful, spot might not of been designed the best for my 40 foot rig, but they tried the best they could for us as I wanted no trees cuz of my saltilight. Paid 80' plus a night. Good location to bar harbor

Very Nice
Very nice, friendly staff and close to Bar Harbor. Recommended. When you can skip full hock up for some days you can get a place right at the waterline.
