Let The Buyer Beware
I went there to scout RV sites to rent, near my home.
Nice park, lots to do. Next thing you know, I almost
bought into a Life Time Membership with a hefty up front Member Fee. And LIFETIME Annual fees. Even if you sell your rv. Annual fees keep coming.
Seems pretty great at first. Very pushy salesman.
Check BBB. Moving forward 20-50 nightly fees seem cheap now.

Typical
This is a typical coast to coast members RV park - unlevel gravel parking jammed in on top of each other in every direction. I could touch the RV next to us from my steps. Luckily our neighbors were friendly. Lots of tall pines and nice walk around a pond for our dog

Great Time
First let me say, the staff is Awesome!!! This is my favorite Ocean Canyon property so far. The facilities are not top notch but are clean and do the job. Spaces are close, but it’s an RV Park. Love the tall pine trees, ponds and nature trails. Can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect for Retired Non-home Owners
The resort is a beautiful place but it is a resort. The staff was very very nice and courteous. The campsites are decent not all sites are level but all sites are gravelled and electric water sewer at each site and bath house was ok had 2 curtained showers 2 toilets. Very nice clubhouse, washer and dryers in 2 locations.

Retired And Traveling
We stayed here three nights in August 2018. Very nice and helpful staff, solid gravel roads, pads are somewhat level. Grass and gravel base. The Wi-Fi is very good.
TV reception is excellent. The grounds are well kept with beautiful ponds. Easy in and easy out. Clean bath rooms and showers. It is off the roadway and very quite and peacefull. We returned for a one night stay as we returned home. Will come again.
