The resort it self everything you need & then some. Laundry, bathrooms, pool, lazy river, bars lake, mini golf, pickle ball, gated. Wide easy to navigate right off the interstate. (you can hear it) Nextdoor to gas/sonic. Price is really high (snow bird prices was good monthly) Im told they don’t do monthly in season but I hear they do & it looks like it. (Not sure) There are a bunch of extra frees that can pop up so be aware at booking. Communication is something they don’t do even 4 events @park. Winter stays less fees normally. I had a bad experience this year by them. I reserved & paid in a yr ago thought I was paid. Then got a poorly written email 5dys before check in Threatening our monthly spot & full payment saying if I don’t pay the rest of my bill I will lose all. The fee was extra “Tax” they decided to start charging. I called to verify because I thought they were hacked.. they weren’t friendly Or apologetic, if I missed the email I would of lost my $ & had No space to park.

Overated

One of the most overated places I have been. Highly expensive, and everything costs extra. Plenty other places for a weekend splurge. No trees = no shade. Sites were decent sized, not impressive though. Mainly a party place....not so family friendly.

Best So Far

This is the best place we have stayed so far. Very friendly staff very clean place nice concrete roads and spots. Kids had a blast at the pool and lazy river water was clean in all the pools definitely will be goin back possibly maken this a yearly vacation spot everything was right there no need to go anywhere elas.

Make sure you ask about cancellation policy when booking they require payment in full at booking and no refunds allowed only voucher to use within one year even with two month notice what a rip off

Ok place. Nothing super special for the rates. Much nicer places to stay if you’re looking to splurge for a weekend RV trip.

Not The Place For Us

Very clean, well maintained, pool and lake was awesome. Full hookups worked well. Absolute no shade, no trees, no shrubs, no landscaping. Concrete parking lot. Have to pay extra for WiFi, pay extra to use the lake. Lots of partying going on late on the weekends, Sunday was quiet.

Awesome Park

Only stayed one night. But sites are good sized concrete. Utilities are good. Sewer a little far but you can't run over it . Pools looked awesome but didn't use them. Will definitely stay here again, but for longer next time. No highway noise, burger place walking distance. Hugh gas station right out front with decent prices on gas and diesel.

Fun and Clean

Great facility. well staffed and maintained. Zero shade. Pads are large with easy access. if you're not into Lots of people I would be sure and stay a couple week days. weekends packed. Would definitely go back. Food and drinks were reasonable and good. Really nice touch giving All guests a dozen Fresh doughnut holes on Sundays!!

Our family loves this place!! We come here several times a year. It is like bringing all YOUR stuff and staying at a resort. Very clean place and friendly workers. Not much shade. Tons to do here. You do have to pay extra (25 per person a day) to use the lake activities, but the pools are no additional charge.

Great!

The kids had a blast! It was easy to get to, with so much to do. It’s gated so I felt very comfortable letting my 6 year old roam a bit on her bike. The facilities are well kept, and very clean. A tad bit on the expensive side of camping, but overall a great experience!

Great place, but a little disappointed to find out you have to pay an extra $175 for three people to use the pool and lake for three days. Campground was well-kept and owner was very personable, always around asking guests about their stay. Overall good experience.

Clean & Comfortable

This was our first campground after buying a camper. I'm glad we decided to come here because the parking was easy, the facilities are clean and hookup was quick! We used the bath house and outdoor hot spa. I hope we can find campgrounds like this one all during our travels!

Can't Beat It

Have stayed multiple times and can't wait to go back. My grandchildren actually put down their electronics and had a great time. Staff go out of way to take care of you and owner will stop by to chat and make sure everything is as it should be. Don't miss this one when you are in the area. And don't forget to drive the couple of miles into town of Roberts to get your custom cut steaks from the local grocery.

Classy! Wonderful place for adults and kids. Amenities are too many to list. Staff is hands down the best.
