Dump Is $10
Nice RV island, there is potable water, but you must pay for dump, even if you fill up your RV with fuel. FYI, Most Iowa rest areas have free dump station.

Potable Water
They do have potable water available at the dump station. I was able to fill my tank free, but not able to dump. Apparently the dump station runs on solar and its been pouring rain, so dump station was down.
