Well malfunction
Checked in on Friday evening, set up and noticed a foul water smell when showering. I thought it was maybe stale water in my water heater and was going to take measures to correct it on Saturday. We went about our day on Saturday and stopped at the camp store when we got back, to find out the the main well failed and a memo was provided to all guests regarding the use of their fresh water tank throughout the weekend...in fact we could fill up at near the store, which would mean unhooking and rehooking the motor home. More attention to detail at check in is definitely in order. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Sad
They are VERY EXPENSIVE/night.
This place has such great facilities it is a shame they aren't clean. After the gal "swept" the women's shower house she missed large bugs and hair and then instead of picking up what she did sweep she "mopped" it back all around the room. It always smelled nasty and we were there 2 weeks! The staff was okay friendly but over worked. The amount of people with TONS of unwatched children were stuffed and packed in...it was so over crowded it was uncomfortable. Quiet time "began" at 11:00 p.m. but small children would be riding there bikes well into the dark and late at night. It was a very nice facility with a huge lack of cleanliness, control, staffing, and over booked. We won't be back and we would NEVER join this companies parks if this is what they include. The "Plaza" is the best clubhouse we have ever seen...such a shame.

Decent park with big pool and nice pond.
Sites range from tent camping to full service hook ups
Some pull thrus
Biggest issue is pricing which is extremely high, $70+ for a full hook up pull thru
Would not recommend

Way To Expensive For What You Get
This place is huge and can be great but unfortunately it is not kept up. The rv sites are small and way over priced. This place nickel and dimes you for EVERYTHING. $11 for wifi at your site that barely works, golf balls for a crappy miniature golf course, etc.. I would not recommend to anyone.

Rules? Unbelievable
Nice grounds and property. However they have a list of rules that won't quit. Unbelievable. The pond is disgusting. Goose poop everywhere by the water. No wonder the water sites were empty. We just traveled from coast to coast and never seen anything like this. Kind of freaky. Ohh, you have to wear wrist bands while your here? Not! $61.12 for electric and water.
