We stayed two nights in a 23 ft travel trailer. Staff was really nice and helpful. They went out of their way to help with our stay. We didn’t use any other facilities. Park is well kept and lots of shade. Only problem I see is spots are really short. But they did have big rigs in . I’m just used to longer spots for a parking tow vehicle. We would stay again if in the area..

Staff was friendly. Escorted to our site, no guessing on where or how to park. Good overnight campground. Just of the interstate but very little highway noise. Make sure to make time to visit Casey & see the world largest rocking chair ➕.

Fun to explore town of Casey
We stayed only one night. We were told we had to unhook the truck though there was plenty of room at our back in site. But did take the advantage and explored town of Casey. Little town with LARGE tourism draw. A lot of Worlds Biggest things here. Mailbox, wind chimes, knitting needles and crochet hook. Pretty little camp ground. Pool and fishing pond. Great for kids.

Not dog friendly, no pens, only on a leash. We have 2 small puppies that we don't leave outside. No exceptions. Did not not mention this when I called to make reaservations. Not really all that happy of people representing this KOA. Won't stay here again. Drive a little further for nicer stay. This is a first 1 star I've ever given a KOA

Rude
We had reservations but it was obvious that the owners don't want travelers. The owner walked by me to the office. I spoke a greeting twice without any response. I thought he might be hard of hearing..nope. when on the third try I asked if he was busy his response was a very surly "Well, I am now!" Inside the office I gave them the opportunity to start this greeting over. Aside from an explanation that their phone lines were down and they haven't been able to have lunch there was no amends. When we declined staying there the owner became belligerent and physically threatening. We couldn't leave fast enough. When we told them they needed to improve their attitude his response was "I've had complaints from better people than you". Maybe this is his life's quest? To see how many and how nice of a person he can demean? Too bad we are passing on visiting Casey Illinois because of him. It looked like a real nice and fun town. Looks can be deceiving, the owner looked normal

Excellent Stay
Stopped for the night on our way through the area. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The laundry facility was clean. It's a smaller KOA which was to our liking. We highly recommend staying here, we will when passing through again.

Never Again!
$52.95 for one night? Really... it’s April 15th & the pool isn’t even open. $47.65 after KOA Value Card. 2013 41’ rv/no toad. I realize there’s been a lot of rain, but this campground is All mud & potholes. The boorish host that lead us to our overpriced site #2 would get fired from a volunteer greeter position. Our satellite dish could not get a signal through bare trees, so we hooked up to camp’s cable. The stations are so snowy, it may as well be cable radio. I can’t comment on the internet, bathhouse or laundry. I didn’t use. Don’t get me wrong... We are tired senior citizens & thankful to be tucked in for the night, but come on - checkout time. And hopefully on to a more welcoming atmosphere, where good campers aren’t scolded with rules upon arrival.

Quiet campground, full hookup , 2 pet areas, playground, small pond. When you turn down the road you feel like you're going to be in the middle of a cornfield and then you see the sign. We were only there one night but would stay there again.

Not very hospitable management. Don't remember exact details as I was in the area for work in March 2017 and these people told me they were all booked up in a week. My schedule wasn't predictable because of the nature of my work but thought I might need to be there a bit longer. Their solution was they could "make room for me" if I paid them a nonrefundable two weeks rent. Then out of the blue after paying she imidiatly started telling me I couldn't have visitors and a few other ridiculous rules. Very much not a warm welcome and more authoritarian attitude than I typically tolerate. I sucked it up and didn't make a fuss. I ended up staying the two weeks to get my moneys worth but would have moved in one week to be closer to work locations. The whole time I was there I never saw more than 5 campers in the park. I've stayed in probably a 100 parks all over the country and few have rubbed me as wrong as this place. Stay in Terre Houte to the east if you must be in the area.

Beautiful Setting.
Lovely little spot, easy to find just off the expressway, but far enough there is no road noise. Helpful, friendly hosts. Clean bathroom. Good value.
