$80
Shit Show
What a sandy shit hole they call PREMIUM? ! 64.00 for sand/grass back in lot that is lower than sewer hookups. Water to the very back on opposite side. So close to each other, you can't open your shades. They charge 80.00 i think for this premium site for sand with no ocean. Then you have miss personality in the front office. Came in little after 11am and she would not let us in or sit there, had to cross 6 lanes of traffic in winter garden and go sit in parking lots and wait till noon even thou the site was open. She did charge my card at 845 am thou. After finally turning around in a 45 foot class A towing, came back to find sign on Door, closed for lunch, open at 1 pm. Then figured out in a box was our packet to get in. Thank you office lady for your caring help. If I see Encore I will run not walk. Putting hoses away, dirty shit show, can't even wear flops in as the bottom s are a mess.

$55
Angry Front Desk, Mediocre Site
Paid $55 for a single night stay. We're Thousand Trails members but they didn't have any TT availability so we paid the full price minus our 20% TT discount. Site 126 is towards the back located in the middle of a bunch of permanent residents. They were all very friendly but it felt strange to be parking in the middle of a bunch of trailers when there are RV sections in the park.
Full hookups (50amp, water, sewer) but a couple issues. The water and power were located at the back. Not bad, but a long stretch. The water was shared with our back neighbor who was using a Y valve to split water to 2 sources. When we connected our water, the pressure was very low as you would expect with 3 hoses from a single spigot. And the sewer was uphill.
We arrived 5 minutes before check-in. Just 5 minutes. And the front desk said we had to leave.
Worked for an overnight stay but we're glad we didn't choose this "resort" for a longer stay.

Nice Campground.
Mostly RVS and Campers in the front. Mostly Park Models in the back. Has some maintenance issues else it would be 5 star. Nice big pool. Pretty pond with Cypress trees. Nice people.

Families Not Welcome
RVs must be no older than 10 years. Not everyone can afford a new RV, especially if you're raising children.
