Hidden Gem

Discovered this little gem on my first overnight in my new van. The views are breathtaking. Site 8&11 are rated the best lake views but 12 is as well. We stayed at site 11. It’s conveniently next to the restrooms. There is a lovely boardwalk that’s great for a morning stroll.

Great ole Florida Park!

Just finished a great week at Trimble Park in Mount Dora, Fla. For a glimpse of the original Florida, huge oaks, spanish moss & plenty of wildlife this is a good one. A quaint quiet park with only 15 sites, most on the water, benches, gliders & swings along the trails. Electric & water at each site, no sewer but there is a dump station. Our 40ft had no problem fitting. For a very natural park they do a great job of keeping it picked up.
