55+ Management professional and accommodating, The maintenance crew are so helpful and willing to lead a hand....The park itself is located in a amazing spot....sits on the Pinellas Bike Trail which runs through pinellas county.....You can bike to everything south to Clearwater or North to Tarpon Springs.....if your not up for biking....Hop on the trolley and take it as far South to st Pete for $5 (all day pass) ..Its Also walking distance to many restaurants - beaches and supermarkets (Publix) Easy access to major road ways.....The park is a gated community with a heated pool - a rec center- laundry facilities with clean restrooms & showers..pet friendly.....The park has quite a few activities if you are interested in interacting...... it also supplies free internet.....It's really a peaceful atmosphere.... if your looking to just unwind and relax it's perfect.....the sites are kinda tight but are equipped with everything needed for hook ups....The park also has a propane. Perfect!

Good For An Overnight

Small park with 95% full timers. No cable but bath house and pool okay. Would stay again but only for a night.

Clean but very tight

Nice people in the office. Park is clean with mostly permanent campers. Amenities ate basic but are fine. Sites are very, very tight. Pinellas Trail directly across street. You can bike to many things such as breweries, rest., etc.
