Pretty Much An RV Trailer Park Anymore
Phone call revealed no camping spots. Lady said everybody there "lives" here now. All good, as Sun Resorts seems to have developed a plethora of rules and excessive fees lately. Why, when paying a premium for a campsite, do you have to pay a "resort fee" also...just to be on the property?

Nice Rv Park
This is a pretty big park. Its divided into 2 sections. The Oaks and the Palms. It's about 2/3 mobile homes. When I arrived, I asked for the cheapest spot and they gave me a spot next to a mobile home. After a couple nights, got on my bike and explored. In my opinion the best sites are in the Palms. They have a large grass flat field that's beautiful. Pay a little extra and get section D 1 thru 9. I was very happy there having a huge front lawn. This was summer, field probabbly filled in the Winter. Wifi was excellent in the summer. Nice pools. Resort so big. They have 3 pools.

Nice Place To Break In New Rv
Close by to several RV stores. Actually 2 areas, a mixture of permanent and non permanent sites. Stayed 2 nights while learning our new RV. We rented a pull through concrete slab spot with full hookups. This was during the Covid shutdown, so many of the facilities were shut down.

A Little Quebec
This is really a lovely park and we stayed there three winters. Very nice staff. The only problem was the majority of the park is French Canadian and all activities were in French.
