Decent And Affordable

There is a clubhouse but the tvs are old and there isnt much in there but a pool table. No playground. Nothing for kids to do. Nice people here though. Its very affordable and they have good phone signal, Wi-Fi, water,elec,sewage. They also have daily, weekly and monthly rates. Most people here appear to be full timers. Three stars just because there is nothing for children.

It's Okay

It's nice and quiet but not much to do for the kids. Lady at the front office was super nice. A lot of full timers here.
