Pros & Cons
Cons: yes, its attached to a trailer park and there are a ton of long term sites. No trees or other dividers between sites, nothing is waterfront despite maps, our site was not very level, dump not great, slightly pricey.
Pros: Everyone was very nice, hookups (power/water) are brand new, bath was ok, pet friendly. Real selling point was the bike trail is immediately accessible for biking to Lewes & beach, meadery, distillery, breweries, and other local attractions.
Know what you're paying for and it was a good trip.

Extremely Disapointed
Was there for 4th of July 2020 and it was basically run down trailer park. Dump station was disgusting.

Don't Stay Here!!! Bed Bugs!!Horrible!!
Stayed here in a cabin for the fourth of July weekend. We had planned to stay three nights but woke up from the second night with bed bug bites. Checked the beds and sure enough found multiple ON TOP of the matress cover. We brought one of the bugs in a plastic bag to the front desk who called their manager who only refunded us the cost of the stay but refused to pay us for the loss of items like our tempur pedic pillows, bed sheets, expensive cooler bags, and our Samsonite large luggage. DONT STAY HERE!
