Little Gem In Delaware
Very nice state park with almost exotic sand dunes. Carved from a WWII army base, WWII observation towers and large gun emplacements. Lots of paved bike paths and some hiking trails. Campground is not overly large offering RV and tent sites. Water and electric only with dump station. Possible camp store. OK bathhouses with individual rooms. Excellent beach close by. Dogs allowed in campground on leash. No dog park.

Nice Gem
Got here at 2:30 pm and got a spot (C-14) with no reservations. Our site had water, 20/30/50amp. And a light on the pole. Paved and leveled site across from playground, camp store, laundry and shower. Nice walk to the beach and Fort Miles. Staff was friendly and everything was clean. Only bad thing was that the sites are a little too close to each other but we lucked out with good neighbors.

Very nice campground, staff was very helpful. Campground is well maintained and clean. There are a lot of different size sites, so make sure you book the right site for your rig. Beach is within walking distance from campground. Fort miles is within the park, nice lookout tower which oversees the ocean front. Will make this place one of our go to places.

Beautiful State Park
Call ahead or book online. There are not many big rig sites. A lot of tent and small camper sites. Brand new fire rings. Bath houses are high quality as they are individual in set up. Meaning you have a private bath house to yourself. Camp store is small. Firewood is $6.50 a bag and they are small. No wifi. HD antenna reception for local stations is fine. The recreational opportunities are endless in this big park. Great location for family camping. Definitely come back.

Very nice State Park
5 day stay 28/09 à 02/10/2017 with 2 dogs.Very clean, shaded sites. Interesting WC/shower stalls, very quiet on weekdays! Firewood is available at campsite. Very busy on week ends and children playing on lane F where is the tent parking. Privacy is very very limited. Very nice cycling and walking paths.

Better Than Outer Banks
Stayed 4 nights in June. Staff was great. Beaches were not crowded. Park was nice and lots were level. They are very close together...so close you might as well share the fire pit with your neighbor. Bring your own fire wood though. The stuff they sell is so green all it does is smoke and burn your eyes. Need improved reservation system. I was in a site that was cramped for my 16' camper while a bunch of single car campers were in pull throughs. System was good about telling me my equipment was too big for a site but should also reject car campers from sites designed for RVs.

Although the campground has been newly renovated, the bathrooms were filthy. Hair, trash, clothes left in at least one shower. Also the campsites couldn't be any closer together. The place was packed , I have never seen sites so close together. Someone needs to put closers on the bathroom doors. Bang, bang, bang all night long. Brutal.

Stayed four nights. Very nice site. Nice private bathhouses. Great fishing off the pier. Next time bringing bikes and a camper. It's a very popular camping area, kinda crowded. But still nice.

Aug 2017. Nice upgraded campground; paved lots for trailers and RV's; clean family style modern bathrooms, camp store for essentials. Very quiet by 10 pm; awesome bike trails to beach and Rehobeth. Great beach with changing area and snack shack.

Nice level spots with fire pit, large picnic table, water, and electric for $44. The bath houses were very good, and especially welcome at the beach in the park. We went to the beach at 8am when it opened and stayed until 10 or so, the beach had lots of soft sand, the water was cold but fun just the same.
