High Mtns

This is a good camp with 11 regular sites, some big ones and 2 tent only sites. The road up from Hesperus is good wide gravel. A water pump is available at the camp just up the road. Full on weekends, light use midweek. The small La Plata river is cold and right next to camp. A road trip up canyon is an adventure. Trails are available for hiking.
