Quiet and clean gravel lot with FHU. Trailer homes on the other side of a shrubbed high fence but no issues. Lower end became a lake when lots of rain came in. Will stay again when passing thru West side of Sacramento as it was very convenient.

Nice And Easy Stop

My wife booked our space online while I was driving down I-5. We just needed a spot to sleep and hook up for the ac unit, it was 110 that day. It was quiet and lots of space to maneuver. We got there at 11pm and was up early 5am. Everything went smoothly. Would recommend for an overnight stay.

We stayed in this park while visiting family. It is a large gravel parking parking lot with full hookups. It was convenient to town and shopping mgmt was very nice. Overall we would use it again.
