Great Place For A Stop Over
Southbound to Indio from WA. This is a nice, close to freeway, surprisingly quiet place to stop over. Of the 133 sites, most are full-time. There were still 3 left after we landed. A Starbucks outside the fence. And a good size fuel station. Also a huge Tesla charging station all stalls empty.

Hidden Gems
Stayed here before COVID, didn’t remember when turned in remembered the place. Nice place right off I5 and next to the gas station. Reasonable price for overnight stayed. $47

Amazingly Quiet
A little scruffy around the edges but a great overnight stay. It’s was amazingly quiet and the price was affordable. The spaces are spacious and fairly level, with nice trees and grass. We stayed here once before, and will definitely come back.

Quiet
Surprisingly quiet being next to the freeway and a railroad. Nice place for stopping for the night. We had a large space with grass. We will be back.

Bad Service
Definitely will not stay here again. We reserved a 50 amp spot for one night. We were emailed our spot information. When we got there we found out that there was only 30 amp available. Plus the connection looked like it had burned up at some time so I decided not to even hook up to it. Ended up boondocking since going to find another campground wasn’t an option.

Good Stop
Just stayed overnight. Close to highway but quiet. A mix of overnight and long-term campers and friendly. There could be better signage, I drove through mobile home park because of Google maps. It is a Good Sam location and saved $5 off. Normal is $45. Thanks for the stay.

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks, nice little park. Not a lot for kids to do, but the rates are good, and the staff is friendly. They have a mostly long term people but they have 6 overnight pull throughs. East to get around in even with large RV. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. Rates are 35 a night.

Blast From The Past.
January, 3rd 2020 $38 for one night $35 for select memberships. Yes the place is older but it is quite and very affordable when staying one night. The woman I worked with went above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay. Larger units be careful the space to maneuver is enough but tight. It is gravel with a cute little yard. Only 1 degree off level so I was happy. I strongly recommend this place. Normally I would give this place a 4 star but because the customer service I received it deserves no less than 5 stars.

Great Spot!!
We spent two nights here. The staff were friendly and helpful. They take Good Sam so we got that discount but it was still super affordable. Our site was level and well appointed. Definitely would stay again!!

Great Overnight Spot
Nice older park with mature trees that give plenty of shade. Wonderful management and convenient location. Amenities are adequate and sites are pleasantly large and grassy.

Not A Bad Place
Older park, nice grassy areas, not a bad overnight place to stop. Had everything we needed. Convenient to the Pilot Gas Station.

A Decent Spot
Yes, it's run-down, but the staff at registration was friendly and welcoming, the site has a nice size lawn with a picnic table and a tree with plenty of room to stretch out in. Right off the I5 and across the street from a Pilot, it's a convenient spot to overnight.

Old but clean and friendly
Yes, this place is old. So am I, and so will you be some day! :-) The people are friendly, and everything is clean. The washing machines and dryers are large capacity and not overly expensive ($1.50 to wash, $1.00 to dry). There is soap in the ladies' today. It's a warm day, so I can't comment on presence or lack of heating in the bathrooms.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Sites are tight and a bit run-down. But everything worked and there was free cable.

Uh Sketchy
It's run down. No hand soap in Bathrooms, parking lot needs gravel as its kind of muddy today. It's cold today, bathrooms could use heat. Shows a lack of maintenance.
