Puss poor ghetto hole !!

BEWARE RJ, THE DRUG DEALER, IN #27

Worst place to stay ever! It's cheap for a reason; it's called the "ghetto oasis" by the people who live there. Our dog was mauled & we called the police after RJ tried to attack me when I asked when he would pay the emergency vet bill, which he said he'd do. Then we were ostracized by everyone in the park because RJ THE DRUG DEALER goes trailer to trailer the first of every month to sell drugs cuz everyone just got their SSI checks. We had to leave, just a few days after paying for the month because we NO LONGER FELT SAFE & Myron said he'd try to get us a partial refund of $200, but THE CALIFORNIA COMMERCIAL INVESTORS INC. denied the refund. Because I guess $200 is more important to them then me telling everyone this place is horrible. Cats everywhere. The dog run is flea infested. Seriously awful. It's in the WORST part of Sac City, according to the police officer who responded when RJ THE DRUG DEALER tried to attack me.
