We stayed here for one night. Seemed the entire park was long term residents with old campers. The pool area had chemicals and piping on the ground. The host was nice but seemed nosey. The bathrooms were filthy with dirt, spider webs and bugs. The playground was about to fall apart. I was afraid my kids would get splinters from playing on it. The lot itself was a pull through that was fairly level with full hookups. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We stop here on are way north for one nite.
We did not have reservations the host was very friendly.
This is a old park and it shows but it has clean bath and showers the sites are for the most part level clean some grass and the one we were in had a concrete pad with table. Close the lake Shasta.
There are a lot of lone term resident but seem nice and quiet.
If need to should stop again.

Great Staff
We couldn't ask for any better service and assistance from the host and hostess. We got in a little late and they both came to help us get parked and hooked up. We're newer motor home owners so we really appreciated the help. Some of the decor is a bit rustic (that I enjoyed)
but everything else is what you would hope for.
