Great Park
Great place to stay near Redding. Park is well kept, sites are spacious, and nice river access with the large green belt. Good amenities as well and staff were friendly and helpful. Look forward to staying again!

Still Great
The property is huge with the rv park in the middle. You can walk the river front and hardly know its an rv park. Your best bet overnight in Redding.

Great campground GPS address came up short of campground and around several motor home parks. Keep going as the campground is well marked when you get there.

Nice park on the Sacramento River
Nice pull through site right next to the river. We would definitely stay again if we head this way.

Nice Respite
2nd time here. Quiet in the park. Some interstate noise but for one night it was perfect. Will come back again. Would like to try a River site.

Must Try
Great park, beautiful setting near Sacramento River. Costs $5 more to park near the river...definitely worth it. Big spaces. Friendly staff.

Clean & Nice
Nice sites, double sites so your neighbor is behind you. Trees and grass in between, enough space to feel not boxed in. Right next to Sacramento River. Laundry clean, pool looks inviting. 2 mile off I-5 but campground runs along 1-5. Sites in the back has the least road noise.

Reasonable
Drove in just as the sign light was turned off, negotiation over price as no codes for bathroom or wifi pass. Just needed a late night stay and owners were very friendly and reasonable!

Perfect Spot For Our Family
Extremely well laid-out with wide, pull-through spaces and plenty of shade. Sturdy picnic tables and easy plug ins. Beautiful landscaping w expansive lawn leading to river edge. Pool was a major bonus with 3 kids and 109 degree heat. Would definitely stay here again!

JGW RV Park
Wow, what a pleasant surprise!! We had a pull thru, full hookups, right on the Sacramento River. Our site was very spacious and more than long enough for our 41' 5th wheel and truck. We only stayed one night because on a trip to Montana. We really wanted to stay longer! We'll definitely be back!

Excellent RV park. Great sites. The sites along the river looked wonderful. A great place to stay. We'll be back.

Expensive Laundry
The park is lovely but the laundry is $3.25 to wash and $3.25 to dry per load. I've never spent this much anywhere to do laundry. It's ridiculous. I had to dry one load twice bc it did not get dry...So approximately $35 later, my laundry was clean and I was much wiser. This definitely brought my star rating down a star...

Nice But Pricey
This was a really nice campground. It was clean and had a nice restroom with showers. We had a site on the river. It was easy to access just off the highway. But I thought it was a little pricey at $49.

Retired
If a person comes here for a nice clean park in a pretty setting and don't care about having WIFI (because it's not available in most of the park) or don't need access to the laundry room (it's only open from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 ,P.M.) then this may be the place for you.
However it seems to be an expensive park to not have a strong WIFI connection throughout the park AND not have a keypad entry to the laundry for 24/7 access. We stayed at some very high end parks (not on the weekend) in Napa Valley and elsewhere with marble bathroom countertops, keypad laundry room access, swimming pools and strong WIFI throughout the park; where we paid only $24/night. This place is over-priced for what a resident receives

JGW Rocks!
Stayed there this summer. Frendly staff. Clean, wide, level pads. Easy access to the Sacramento river. Nice green belt between campsites and river.
