Not Bad
Nice park they’re making improvements to the park. Management easy to work with. Laundry-plenty of machines. It’s on a hill but pad is level, but your living area may not be. Maybe very slanted and it is tight to your neighbors.

Ok For A Short Stay
We ended up staying two nights waiting on road conditions to improve. It was almost full so we were assigned two back in sites, on for the TT and one for the truck. Our spots were quiet and the park was clean. I would estimate that half the campers were long term.

Good overnight stop
Park is clean, easy to get into, close to interstate 5. There’s a small dog park. Host was pleasant. Good stay!

Fairly Tight Yet Good For Overnight
This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Friendly staff. Sites are fairly tight, yet manageable. Seems to have many full timers, yet no issues. Didn’t use any of the facilities, so can’t comment on them. Some traffic noise from I5, yet not bad.

Ok For Over Night
Paved level sites. Narrow, just wide enough to put out slides and still walk around. Plenty long enough to leave toad attached. Pool was still open but quite cold. FHUs 50 amp, cable, good wifi. Very nice office staff. Not to much traffic noise from I-5.

Very friendly and helpful folks running this clean and convenient place. Noisy from I-5 but we got used to it. Stayed a week and really enjoyed Redding and surrounding areas. Much more reasonable price wise than anything around. Sites very narrow and ours had no grass just a dirt slope but their willingness to help us out was worth everything.

Clean, Convenient, Compact
Overall the place was great, friendly people, helped us out with some electrical tape that we needed. It’s clean and convenient to everything in Redding. We are 37 foot fifth wheel and the space was plenty long enough however if you’re expecting a nice outdoor space to sit and relax, then don’t. Most of the slots are cut into a hill so the narrow grass between RVs isn’t really usable. We liked it and we were happy. Was $171 for 4 nights including taxes in early November

Would Stay Again
Stayed here Nov 2017. Clean, easy access, close to stores. Fair amount of noise from I-5. Sites are a bit narrow. Pet friendly so we were happy.

Nice easy on and off to the freeway. Friendly staff. Pull thru sites are 70' but very narrow for large motor homes. Pet friendly with grass sites.
