Not Good
The staff are rude, useless, dumb and seem to think they are some sort of gift to this dump. If there was a - star rating,I would leave it.

Nice Views And Weather
Very tied space a little disorganization assigning places when you arrive. No internet , clean restrooms with code.

Strange Design...
The most “backwards” RV Park I’ve ever stayed in. The pull thru sites are 30 amp and the back in sites are 50 amp! The roads on the back in side are two way & narrow. The roads on the pull thru side are extra wide & one way! The sites are not reserved, so you have people driving their huge RV’s around in circles, trying to pick their site. Terribly inefficient and frustrating way to start your visit. There is no WiFi as, and this is a first, “the internet service provider left.” What does that mean? Also, half of the washers & dryers are “out of order “ and the dog Park is a tiny little smelly area behind a building. Thousand Trails really needs to have some quality control processes in place for their campgrounds. The only positive comment is some of the sites are decent sized

All Parks Have Good And Bad
Love this place. Quiet other than the train that is on the other side of the freeway, you get used to after the 1st night!
The sites needed more tending to but the bathrooms were clean every day at least twice a day they were cleaned! We stayed for 6 days played golf visit Joshua tree, downtown Palm Springs, and the air museum. Never had to worry about our trailer and the belongings outside while we were gone!
Will be coming back again! 4 stars only because it needed a little more grass at sites

This is one of our favorite parks during the winter as it favors active seniors. This RV campground was inserted into a date palm orchard, with the RV sites between the palm trees. It is a great visual and gives me the the feeling of staying in an oasis. It is flat so bicycling is nice with easy close access to cycling out to local cafes and shopping. Daily pickleball is a treat, and with 6 courts, there is still a line to rotate into games. Swimming pool vollyball during the week, card & board games daily and horseshoes gives a lot of active variety. Pool, whirlpool are kept clean, with areas to lounge around the pool. Better bring your own outside table & chairs as picnic tables are not at each site. Realize this is the desert, the wind will blow on occasion, and it can be sandy.

Not Well Maintained
It's a pretty park, very convenient, but there seemed to be a lot of things broken. We got into one site and the electricity didn't work so we had to move to another site. That site had no picnic table so we had to move one over ourselves. Several things in the pool area were broken (the hot tub, a railing...) negotiating the narrow roadways and sites is not easy either. The laundry rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean, however, and they have a lot of activities.

Nice
We enjoyed our stay! We easily parked our 40' MH and had plenty of room for 4 slides & tow'd. It was one of the better TT parks for space & hookups. We did get there early enough to have choices. We'd liked to have had more time there. The highway & RR is close, so it wasn't a quiet spot, but convenient for travel.

The Worst Place EVER!
No assigned sites. Small campers in the limited large pull through sites. We could only find a narrow, shallow dingy back - in, with no room to get proper radius. Crummiest place I've ever experienced, and the staff is instructed Not to help you park, including merely directing you into your spot. And mud everywhere. Dirty. Dingy. Awful place. Ugh.
