Loved It!
Booked a month on friends’ recommendation. First time snowbirds and it suited us perfectly. Christina, Shari and Kevin were so kind and helpful. We needed a wider site due to our wheelchair lift. Wow did Christine deliver! It was wide, level, with paving stones and artificial turf! No need for my beloved to get the w/c tires stuck in the sand. It was easy to manoeuvre, with easy access to everything within the park. When I mentioned that a hand held shower would make showering much simpler Kevin had it installed the next day! Apparently the hand held shower hoses keep disappearing….
Loved how friendly the park was, we met lots of folks and made new friends. Georgia ensured there were activities to participate in and regular guests also stepped in and planned things. A real sense of community. Hiking trails in the desert were the icing on the cake. Lots to do in the Coachella valley too!
We have booked for two months next year 🤞

Beautiful Campground
Office staff was very nice and helpful. We had a hitch problem when we arrived and they gave us the number and card of a repair service in the part working on another camper. Sites have trees and bushes for privacy. The pools and hot tub is wonderful. There is a list for planned activities that are open to everyone.
If you stay a night it is $68 but the weekly rate is $44/ night. My advice is to stay the week or more, you won’t regret it.

No More Activities
Lots of sites and easy to get site. They used to have lots of games, classes and planned activities but no longer cater to snowbirds. The price is good and hot springs are hot.

Awesome
We are not the type of rv'ers who plan well, drove in here looking to stay a few days. Instead we stayed 2 weeks on our way to AZ and returned on our way north. The facilities are very nice, especially loved the exercise room next to the pool and spa. Many sites are semi-private with bushes between. All the activities- pickle ball, horse shoes, bocce ball ...Daily rate was $70 (which rates $$$$ in my book) but they do offer discounts and very good weekly and monthly rates

We really liked the place when we got here, private site and nice pools and facilities. They gave us a number to call when we got here late. Jim escorted us to our site and was great and helpful! But it was even better. Our AC unit stopped working in 100+degree weather. They got us into a cottage on the property and worked with us to reduce our costs so we could stay the whole week due to the delay in getting the AC unit. Terry has been great! We will be back sometime to visit our friends again!

Enjoyable Stay
Nice, very well maintained park outside of Desert Hot Springs. Nice amenities with the pool/hot spring spa being the most enjoyable.
Great security. The staff members are fantastic and deserve gold stars. The only negative...they charge for internet which is slow 3mbps (really ? This is 2021) All said, I’d stay there again.

One of the nicer RV resorts we’ve stayed at. Great for families or couples. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We plan on making it a tradition to stay there every year.

We were greeted by Christina the other night and it was late when we came in. We’re re very surprised that they had a lady out to greet us that late, my wife and I thought that was a little unsafe for her by herself. She got us to our campsite and was so professional and friendly. She even was able to get us a couple bags of ice because it was late and after the office closed and dark. After we were set up she came by about an hour later just to see if we needed anything else, she was so kind and friendly, we’ve never had this type of treatment from any park. We will come back and tell our friends because of Christina, she is an asset to Catalina Spa RV resort.
Thank you so much.
Only gave two stars because of how unsafe management puts a woman out that late at night to greet and welcome people coming in. Five stars plus one for Christina. You were awesome.

This place is great! They are constantly improving things, and all of the pools are wonderful. There are upper and lower club houses, and each one has a swimming type pool and a hot pool. This was our second year coming, and we will definitely come again. Recommended very highly!

Full time RVer
Love this place. This is our 2nd yr coming here and it will be on our route every year. Staying 2months. The pools are great. Lots of things happening in the park from pickle ball, card games, yoga, water volleyball and aerobics, concerts to many to list.

I have never stayed in a single place more than 2 days. I just signed up here for a month. The spas and pools are great, nice place and very nice people. Christina is great and very professional under pressure from idiots. All the staff are great and the resort is quiet and has lots of activities. My favorite place. Highly recommended.

Hidden Gem. Nicely Renovated
I stopped here with my kids for one night after a whole day in Joshua tree in October. They loved the warm pool and hot jacuzzi. Very nicely updated showers. Unlike some parks we found staff at all locations. The kids played miniature golf the next morning. They have two pools as the park is quite large. Trash was picked from our site. We had to leave due to kids school but definitely will return.

Nice park. We stayed in 2015, and again this year. Park has had several upgrades as new owners have taken over. Lots of activities if you want to participate. Everyone is very friendly.

We Love This Park
The staff is very friendly and the park has a lot of nice amenities that are well cared for. This was our first season here but we will definitely be coming back.

Middle Of The Road
They have remodeled but they should have added more showers. The pool occupancy is 80 and there are two showers. For the past week, one shower has been broken but the still haven’t put a sign up to let you know. Men’s showers have no bench to sit and dry off.
There is no restaurant.
Activities are scarce as is communication. Staff is not friendly or helpful.
Trash is to be picked up but it doesn’t always happen.
Water in the pools is nice but that is not enough for us. We won’t come back.

Great park! Wifi will cost you but worth it. Sites are sand and big. Renovations are being done. Well worth the money.

Feb 2016, stayed 4 days. Not impressed. We like Desert Pools better. They are doing some upgrades, new owners. But really turned off by the $11 a night administration fee! Really, on top of the park fees. Money will be better spent at a nicer place!

Our Visit....January 2016
The area is well kept and there is a fenced dog area. Some animal regulations are not enforced. (ie, dogs left out by themselves, entering other sites, nonstop barking.) Our experience was at the family area. There is one large hot tub that was either too hot to get in, too cold or closed. It has no covered area for shade or rain cover. Mini golf was closed. Very few dumpsters that fill fast. Entertainment was unforunately canceled.
