Park is nice and so is the staff. Right on the water so its beautiful and not far from store or places to eat. I recommend doing the white water rafting with SoCal Rafting in walking distance. Restrooms are clean as well.

Beautiful Location On The Kern

Great place to stay right on the Kern river. Walking distance of shops and restaurants. The museum is a must and river rafting is great. We will return.

we’ve been coming here for years and love it. great place with most everything you need ... coin laundry, free showers (clean), ice, propane, fire wood. all sites are just a few feet from the river and the town of Kernville is within walking distance. Lake Isabella is driving distance depending on what side you would like hang out on with a couple marina’s you can leave your boat at.

Love This Park

We’ve stayed here like five times and have never had a problem. You feel like you’re out of the town but you’re not. It’s located in a perfect spot.

Clean

Comfortable base camp for Kern River activities. They have free showers, coin op laundry and town is within walking distance. No privacy but it's okay.
