Nice Place
This is a large resort with a mix of mobile homes and RV spaces. Grounds are clean. There are 3 pools with renovated private showers. No picnic tables. Some spots have shade. Parking is level on concrete pads. WiFi is so so. We have some street noise, but nothing we can’t tolerate. Location is within walking distance of restaurants, Costco, Target, Walmart and most anything you need.

Not a nice stay. Basically a trailer park with horrible sites. NO shade or picnic table. Small dog park was a joke with a plastic fence around it and spacing where my dogs could walk though.
Showers were clean, but doors didn’t close with the shelf down and the lights went out while I was in the shower. Ridiculous- motion sensors.

Not So Bad
Spent a couple nights after having a tire problem on the road. Daniels tire service was a great help!
The park has a lot of park-models but it is not like most we’ve seen - they have some standards. There are 3 pools, laundry and clean bath house. There is a community room with library full of books, card tables, pool tables, events and dog runs. Fruit trees everywhere and daily trash pick up at each site. The price made it an easy choice to stay an extra night.

Good Location, Ghetto Resort
Good rates for off season, but this is mostly a park model place.. I can't believe how pitiful this place is considering the most beautiful RV resorts in the country are down the road. (Note: those places only allow class A) no shade, poorly maintained and amenities are sub par
