Great Quite Spot
This camp is right outside of the Grand Canyon. Little town to get things when needed. Dump at local RV park.
Would recommend for boondocking.

Free Boondocking
Stayed here several nights. Beautiful spots with fire rings. Park rangers came through so felt very safe. Lots of wildlife…wild horses grazed through and saw a coyote. Excellent spot to relax and super close to the Grand Canyon South Rim entrance. Also very close to town.

Close In Boondocking
I always stay here when visiting a friend that works at the Grand Canyon. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and easy bus service to the south rim observation area. Very convenient but a lot of activity. Can be crowded and limited spaces so get there early to get a good spot. Don’t be surprised if you end up with a close neighbor that pulls in late at night. It can be VERY dusty (and very annoying) because the camp spots are right along the dirt road. If you don’t mind driving a bit farther out, there are several other very nice and more private boondocking locations nearby on Forest Service roads with WAY cleaner air.

FREE
Free Dry Camping
Stayed here for a few days for free. South Rim ranger told us about this spot, said you can camp here up to 14 days. We loved this spot because you felt like you were secluded in the woods but you are really less than a mile away from restaurants and gas.
