A Unique funky Park.
This park is, quite frankly a bit of a dump, but a charming one. First off, it's right on the desert with immediate access to all the trails. The park layout is unique because it was originally a water park that gradually evolved into an rv park, so the site layout is not rigid straight line design found in most parks. The activities are resident driven and varied, and the infrastructure needs constant work, but you are open to a unique rv experience, this one fits.

Not What It Used To Be
New owners are ruining the place. Lots of projects started and none finished, open trenches, no Wi-Fi, no pool tables. Didn’t heat the pool until November and no pool furniture. The worst part is they raised the price over $100 per month. Lots of other parks in the area where the owner care about more than money.

Friendly management, super clean, great location near the NP and Desert museum. Cleanest and nicest shower, laundry and restrooms i have ever seen at a rv park. You wont be disappointed!

Nice Desert Environment!
The Park is close to the Desert Museum and Saguaro National Park. Gravel lots. We loved the park, but no cable and Wifi that is not useable for streaming is a problem. We did manage to receive about 12 channels via Antenna, but about half of those were in Spanish. Given the lack of cable TV, the park should at least offer Wifi that is suitable for streaming. Other than that, it is a nice Park.

Quiet Park
We were here during the off season. No one was in the office and you self registered. It appears that is is geared for seasonal snowbirds The sites are ample consisting of gravel roads and sites. It worked fine for two nights. The WiFi was essentially nonexistent.

Beautiful, Well maintained Park
If you pass this place up you've missed out on a GEM. Karen and I were told about Desert Trails by friends who stayed here and loved it too. We've told other friends who will be stopping here as well. We will be back to stay longer, hopefully.

Nice Park With Great Environment
A retiree type park but overnighters are welcome too. The park is clean, well managed, with a helpful staff. Desert hiking is available adjacent to the park. The other guests are very friendly. All the utilities worked well. TV is available with an antenna. Wireless seemed sometimes to be too slow to use and other times fine. We hope to come back next year.
