No Issues With Sites
Arrived and was escorted to our spot. was able to back into the spot first try, so I’m getting better. 👍
They were plenty of room on our spot, enough that we could’ve parked the pick up on either side of the camper. We didn’t use any of the amenities, e.g., bathhouse, pool, clubhouse, etc. We always bring our own Wi-Fi with us sso I can’t comment on that. It was an enjoyable stay for us and a location that we will definitely come back to the next time we are in Tucson.

Meh
Spent 2 weeks there in 2020 third holidays. Spots for pull thru were grousom. Almost popped a tire on the concrete picnic table pad. Really really close. Neighbors sewer pipe was right next to patio table. Very narrow. Dusty. Hard to navigate a 43 foot fifth wheel. Reserved for xmas, but couldn't stay. No refund of all or part of the 200 dollar deposit. Nice pool.
Now here is the real kicker, NO WIFI!!!!!!

Beautiful park. Clean and easy access. Staff Darlene was so friendly on the phone and in person. Big asset to the park. Wish WiFi had been better.

Park model & Fifth Wheel
We spent five months in a rental park model. The model has all the furnishings and kitchen items you could use. If we had any issues with the park model, maintenance arrived in a very reasonable time frame. The location of the park model was easy access and not very noisy. The laundry room is clean and if you have an issue it is resolved quickly and if you lost money in a machine the office gives you quarters in the amount you lost. The 8 washers and 8 dryers are better than you find at a public laundromat. We didn’t use the pool but maintenance is done every morning. Our second visit was with our fifth wheel. We have an end spot near the trash bins but not a major issue with bushes in between. The only major issue with this spot is the traffic. So many loud muffler vehicles and motorcycles. Not too bad after 11:00 pm to around 4:00 am. The park is quiet. Residents do walk around for exercise. Many palm trees, and various activities are offered with information on monthly newsletter.

Tired Traveler
Restrooms are clean and bright... shower are big. You do need a key from the front desk for 5$ but get it back when you turn it in. The whole place is clean and very nice. Minutes away from most anything. Definitely would recommend staying

Really enjoyed our stay
Quiet, very well-kept, lots of palms, cactus and blooming bushes. Sites are a bit narrow. We were there at the end of July/beginning of August, i.e., low season, so there were plenty of empty sites and we didn’t have anybody next to us, but I think it would be tight had there been. Very nice pool, bath houses were immaculate and attractively tiled. Close to shopping and services. We’ll happily stay there again.

We really liked this campground. Clean and quiet. Nice pool area. Hook-ups but no cable. Dog friendly with dog run. Clean restrooms, showers and laundry.
