Beautiful campground with fantastic views. Each spot is unique and offers different views and privacy. Every spot has a covered awning, picnic table, fire ring, grill. Public water is located every few spots and the restrooms are clean and have flushing toilets. The showers are solar and very nice warm water. Nice walking trails and across the street from Tonto National Monument with a nice climb to cliff dwellings from the 1300's.

Nice views, lots of sites, nice rest room. Would prefer sites to be further apart.

Wondering Gila Monster

Make sure to get permit at Wal Mart or Tonto Visitors Center. We camped in boon dock sites next to lake. Check out site before getting of paved roads. May encounter mud. Plenty of established sites if you want.
