Ok, But Look Elsewhere If Possible

It works as a parking lot, BUT, the traffic off the exit can be heavy, the lot is tight/smaller, but there is room in the back by the Sam's gas station. Street traffic is loud. A lot of car enthusiasts in this part of town. Loud traffic noise died down around midnight and stayed quiet until morning. Area is a little sketch, but we didnt have any problems. Judging by the dozen passing sirens, I'd say the area is well policed ?
