3 Nights, We Will Come Again
We were attending a 3 day conference in the area, about 15 minutes away. Gravel pad was level. Dog areas were nice. Showers were good. We left and returned when the pool and hot tub were closed, but the water felt nice. Costco and other stores are close by. We will come again.

Great
Pulled in about 3pm. Had some empty spots but was told only 2 available. Friendly full time community. Trash is a little far away. Definitely recommend. Door dash delivers!

Fruit trees but gravel
Great park with wonderful bath house. Didn't use the pool or other amenities since just overnight stay. Curbside trash pick up but gravel pads. Concrete patio with 1 bench. Lemon, orange and grapefruit trees every where! Huge cacti too. Definitely would stay again:)

Rough Start But Ends Up Being Best
Arrived late to office one Sunday night to see if any walkups available. The unattended signup area had an empty basket and other information showing there were walkups. Had to call number to find out if basket being empty meant walkups were all taken. Answer:yes. Was odd since there were at least 10 vacant spots on way in. Went and parked on Phoenix city street overnight & stayed with son. Next day, a call back tells us we can rent a full hookup RV spot (32' plus jeep tow). In the 107 heat a full hookup necessary! Giving 5 stars because like the rock pads, cement slab n picnic table per site. Pool was FANTASTIC. Went in 15 min before close at 9pm. Rode my bike out from here in morning and headed NW to newer housing, streets, and manmade lake neighborhood. No shade for our RV unless you count one palm tree as shade. Stayed 2 nights. Would stay again. Loved this place.

What a mess, arrived after hours and was placed in a small site with a soft pad. No after hour number in brochures and no list of available sites. Staff member very rude and not very helpful. Finally got a site. Neighbors warned us to keep everything locked up. Said a lot of theft. Can't wait to leave.
