Worst Ever
Basically a gravel parking lot with rv’s packed in as tight as possible. So tight that you have to share the “patio” area with the rv next to you and on the hook up side, slide outs were almost touching the rv on the other side. Worst Ever!!

Nice For One Night
Level sites. Dog run has a dog wash station. Pool is fine. Water pressure for the showers was low. DG sites. Pool tables, laundry.

Dirt Pad / No Shade
I don't understand the rave reviews. The entire park is nothing but dirt. We came in the off-season (late May). It served our purpose for an overnight stop and a chance to dump and run AC full power before getting on the road, but I can't imagine coming here for more than a single night.

Nice Place!
Skipped this park last trip out. Wow what a bummer! Stayed just one night but wil definitely stay again! Bought propane here and had no issues. Quiet park. Dog park is small, but then most of them are for a Border Collie!! That doesn't detract from the place. The vegetation all along the outer perimeter was nice to help keep the wind down!! Park personnel weregreat and very friendly!!

Angels Of The Night
We stopped here without a reservation and did not have any vacancies so we pulled to the side and started to look for our next stop on our very first RV trip. Not having any luck two men pulled up next to me in a golf cart and guessed we weren't having any luck finding a spot. So they happened to have one spot left and was kind enough to let us have it for the night. This place is well maintained and very quiet and peaceful. Thank you so much for having us. We would definitely come back but next time we will make reservations ahead of time. Loving the RV life!

Nice
Nice quiet park. Front office staff are very helpful. They have a storage yard adjacent to the park that is very secure. Stayed here in 44 foot MH.

We love it here. This is our first stay. Have been here for a month and extended our stay for another month. Excellent monthly rate. Staff has been very helpful on several occasions. This is the the friendliest RV Resort we've ever stayed in. The fellow guest that stay here are quick to say hello. Activities like water aerobics, etc. are very well attended and led. They have a concert put on by folks that stay here twice a month, excellent talent. We'll be back for sure.

Nice
Stayed a week in January 2018 and enjoyed it in 44 foot motorhome. Sites are close together, but not bad. Staff is helpful but very busy.

Great Place To Stay
All perimeter sites are back in but all other sites are pull through's. The park is very busy during the day so walking the dogs you definitely want to go over to the dog park.
Park was kept clean and lots of amenities. All staff was friendly and the escort was very helpful when parking our rig.

Family Of 6 Turned Down
Family of 6 turned away because we travel with our 4 young children. Work over the road for a living and travel with my family. We have a new 5th wheel camper. Would not allow me to pay additional money for my children and were unwilling to waiver from their 4 person rule (even though 2 are under 2 years old)

First time RV, loved it here will be back next year. Lots of activities, friendly active director, and staff. Good pull through spaces, level, and clean. Very nice area for shopping close by.

Not Our Usual Kind Of Place
Made for big rigs, it's basically a huge parking lot with big pull through sites right next to your neighbor. Bathroom and shower facilities are well kept. Guy on a little cart that pulls you into your spot is pretty rude and strict. Got yelled at for letting my dog walk off the pavement on the way to the dog run because we were getting out of the way of an RV coming down the road. It's really not where we usually stay but had to find a spot during a busy weekend in Phoenix. Looks like many of the people are week to month long visitors and told us they just ignore the rude guy, he was probably just getting on us because we were about 30 years younger than anyone else at the park...haha. Altogether not a bad place to stay but we would rather find something a little more private.

Nice Park. All Gravel.
Easy pull-thru sites, spacious pads, pool, pool tables, laundry, pet runs and nice staff. After hours concierge made it comfortable to arrive in the dark - got us signed in and led us to the site. Light towers by the hook ups were really nice to have.

All Natual
After hour concierge was amazing. Met us at entrance then escorted us to our spot! Pool, lounge, showers and more...great for pets too! The only downside but significant was the smell. Is there a farm nearby? Was disappointed for the cost WiFi was NOT included.

Very nice and close to whatever you need. Location on the edge of Phoenix was perfect for us. It was a great stopover, loved the way you pulled into your spot giving you lots of room.

Very nice, run like a military base, probably why it's nice! Yes, the staff is a little standoffish, but a great place to stay!

Very nice RV park located just outside Phoenix in a relatively new development area. The park is large with ample room between lots made with gravel that is manicured daily. 30/50, water/sewer, and WiFi available. Other amenities includes shuffle boarding, heated pool to 90 degrees (probably because it is winter now), and tennis courts. Beautiful on site bathroom/showers and laundry facilities. Park is close to gas, travel centers, Super Walmart, and a few restaurants. Cost was $34 per night plus tax.
