I was pleasantly surprised during my recent stay here. I noticed that the park has had many recent improvements from when we have stayed there in years past. Looks much better. Management said they are renovating and have new owners. They said they will be probably be putting in a dog park soon too ( yay!). Property next door ( had homeless in the past) is getting cleaned up- much better from when we were here a few years ago. Very convenient location and close to everything.

Know What You're Getting Into
I needed a place to stay in Phoenix for a couple nights, because I had appointments at the Mayo Clinic. My wife reserved a spot at Covered Wagon almost a month in advance, they immediately charged our card for the full amount. I looked on Google Street view and realized it's not in the greatest neighborhood. Sneakers on the wire out front, homeless camped out in back. We canceled and asked for a refund, they kept $10. Buyer beware!

More Than Adequate
The park is a bit cramped. It was not designed for today's class A or fifth wheel rigs, and it does have a good number of full timers.
That's probably because they found the same thing we did.
A clean, quiet, safe, reasonably priced place to stay in a large city.
We would stay again.

Bunkhouse
Was looking for a short term stay & drove to this park. Very old and not very well kept. Lots of older RVs not only in the park spots, but also parked or stored around the outskirts of the park. Not sure I would even stay here over night.

Good For One Night.
Easy access to freeway. Trees need to be cut. Did not use bathrooms or laundry because we have our own. Lots of full timers. We have a 45' so it was not easy to maneuver. Backed in and out of park. Dirt pad with concrete slab alongside.

Nice Place.
This park is right in town! Off the highway! And the owner was super friendly and got us checked in rather quickly!
Only stayed 1 night.
No Dog park!
Not much grass either.
It was quiet, reasonably priced and was exactly what we needed for the short stay.

This is a lovely little Park. The owner Angie is so attentive and helpful. We tried to phone in reservation while we were in the mountains and got cut off but she texted us back that she would save a spot for us. When we arrived she helped us back in and then provided us a water pressure reducer as the water line provides about 80 lb. When we ask for directions to get ice she offered to pick us up a bag if she was on the way to the Dollar General this is kindness above and beyond the call of management. Clean bathrooms and a sparkling pool. Would definitely stay here again.
