Nice rv resort, but not worth the price. $62 space fee, $10 added electric fee plus taxes for a total of $82.00 per night.
Tough and narrow streets.
Sites not long enough to nicely support 40ft MH and Toad.
Won't stay again.

Crowded And Expensive
Way overpriced ($84) but was the only area park with availability for an overnight stay. Spaces are level asphalt/concrete. Navigating through the park to our space was challenging (we have a travel trailer and the total length of truck & trailer is 55 ft) and the spaces are reasonably spaced but difficult to access with the narrow aisles and surrounding vehicles. That said, the park is clean, well-maintained, quiet, and appears secure. Although the park is nice, due to the exorbitant cost, we will plan better on our next trip through this area rather than stay here again.

Nice, Safe, Way Overpriced
Stopped for overnight around 6:45pm. Only two parks available, the other had no openings, this one charged a total of $73. Too tired to drive to Blythe for the night, so stayed here. Feels like they are taking advantage of low number of RV parks in the area.

Nice Friendly Park
The park is clean and friendly with many events we have participated in. Over the years, we’ve kept in touch with the many friends we’ve made including the group of motorcycle riders. Looking forward to returning there.

Would Leave 0 Stars
In the middle of summer in Phx looking for a spot to stay with a child shouldn't be so impossible since the snow birds are gone. We stayed here in Oct with our child for 9 nights with no problem. When trying to book here again today, Linda told me on the phone that we lied about having our child, kind of hard to do when he's 1 and running around outside with us walking our dog everyday. Extremely rude and hung up on me. They allow only 3 days with children supposedly but loosely regulate that to their convenience. So if you hate children guess this is your place. We refuse to even enquire about this place ever again.

Just What We Needed
Easy off & easy on to I-10, but more importantly NOT so close to interstate that one hears it 24/7.
Very clean park and pretty at dusk and night with lights.
Friendly and helpful staff especially "Sheriff" Mike. He was very helpful and accommodating as to where we could drop our toad vehicle.
There are large trees which provide some shade in many spots, but it's the desert too, so don't expect full shade all day. The entire park is paved and it appears every spot has a concrete patio, plus there's gravel between each spot.
Wifi needs some improvement and I couldn't find the cable TV port, but the antenna TV was pretty good.
We'd stay here again.

We arrived around 1pm and were shown to our site. Had issues pulling in because of tow vehicles parked in the road and a direct TV system set up half in the road/half our site. Discovered a couple hours later that the facilities require a key and we were not given one. Staff on duty advised we would have to wait until morning. Ridiculous for $55/night! Max stay is 3 days if you have a child under 18. Received many glares from residents because we have a 7 year old girl who was behaving perfectly. The pet area consists of two small gravel enclosures that absolutely reek of urine. Somethibg should be done immediately to neutralize the smell.
Who wants to be treated like scum for $55 a night? No

Family Of 6 Turned Down
Family of 6 turned away because we travel with our 4 young children. Work over the road for a living and travel with my family. We have a new 5th wheel camper. Would not allow me to pay additional money for my children and were unwilling to waiver from their 4 person rule (even though 2 are under 2 years old)

Staff Needs Customer Service Training
When we arrived we were impressed, site looked amazing. Check-in was easy and the Employee was very nice. Site hookups and common spaces around trailer were well kept. Shower houses were amazing and clean too. However, Employees lacked consistencies in the rules and lacked customer service tact (much older employee). Pool rules specifically were made up on the fly and were not written anywhere. Additionally, individuals who were permanent party residents complained about visitors coming to the site and were not friendly. We will not stay here again and will not recommend the site to friends.

Everything That You Need
This was one of the only choices that I had near where I had to work. I found that the Park was almost empty but it’s summer in Phoenix and over a 100 degrees. Not much shade but all the other items that one would expect.

The park is pretty but the people that checked us in was rude. They have restrooms and showers but they stay locked if you didn't ask and put a deposit down on a key you didn't use them. The price on line is different when you get there.

We stayed two nights with a 5th wheel. We were in a full-hookup pull-thru.This place is very clean friendly staff. All the amenities here look gorgeous and well-kept. Very close to all markets and shops. Easy on and off the 10 freeway. We will come back.

This place is awesome. Nice friendly, helpful staff. Clean park, pool and laundry. Work contract got extended at the last minute and they found me a good spot for my 3 month contract.
