Great Place To Stay
We always stay at this park when we are visiting family in North Phoenix. Beautiful surroundings, hiking trails and we wish we always had more time to explore deeper into the mountains. We keep coming back.

We absolutely love this park. Been coming here for awhile and always love the beautiful sunsets and the desert flora and fauna. The hosts are great and the amenities are always clean and well kept. Great hiking trails and horse back ridding in the park, even corrals at some sites for horses.

Clean, Quiet, Picturesque
The sites are paved and very well manicured by the staff. Bathrooms are clean and also well taken care of. Can't speak highly enough about the staff, hard workers and helpful.
A few trails surround the camping area that easy to get to.
Bring your camera and your canopy. Its a great wildlife viewing park. Tall cacti, birds, lizards galore.

Wide Open Desert
This is a great park to stay at. Friendly staff and campers with large mostly level spots with plenty of space in between. Nice and clean camp bathrooms with private shower rooms. No sewer but free dump station for campers. Large bench tables and firepits with grills at each site. Easy access to trails, even has a nearby horse rental service for the rocky mountain trails around the park. Lots of cute native quail around for bird lovers.
