Unethical and against industry

Steer clear of this guy. Charged us for four nights on our credit card and offers no return even though the website does not say no refunds. We could not be there because of the COVID-19 virus affecting all of Arizona and he refused to give any amount of refund stating we could have some future date which we cannot use. Have contacted him several times with no response so I have filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's office and still hear nothing from him. I have never been treated this badly by any RV park stay away from this place

Owner was helpful and friendly. Showers had lots of hot water. Laundry was a problem. No machine to make change and office was closed.

I LOVE The Wild West Ranch!

Look, the owners put a lot into this place to keep it nice. It’s a great ‘mom & pop’ with people who care. Big spaces, full hookups, nice store, bathrooms, showers, WiFi, clubhouse. Clean and neat with great views and friendly people.

Pleasant Stay

Stayed two nites and all was fine. FHU, friendly staff. Nice little store onsite with a good selection of wine and beer, cheese and other snacks, local honey and all sizes of those things you forgot or run out of. Horseshoes and shuffleboard. Didn’t use the facilities so can’t speak to that. Only complaints are a little grass would be nice (I know, it’s the desert!), a picnic table is needed and a fire ring would be lovely. Paid Passport America rate of $27 and that should be closer to the regular rate (at least that’s what we’re used to but are finding rates higher and higher the further west we go).

Excellent rv Park. Owners are active all the time looking for ways to improve the entire experience. Very reasonable rates add to the great atmosphere.

Very nice owners. We only stayed one night but will stay longer next time.
