Great Place To Stop
They now have 23 spots with new shelters and tables. Little highway noise. Best $10 I have spent.

Quiet Stopover
Entrance comes up quick around a bend and the sign somewhat hidden. But once in the sites are well spaced and most are pull through. The host was friendly and very helpful. Great boondocking for a few days at least. Not much to do and the few trails were washed out from recent rains. Overall a pleasant stopover with great sunsets and sunrises.

Nice
Dumpsters needed emptying, and Porta potties were full. Peaceful.

Love It Here
Great place to dry camp. Quiet and lots of room. The host and hostess were fantastic. We spent one night here on our way to Yuma and after a week in a rv resort in Yuma we were ready to get back to this site to unwind with our pups.

I don't know where the other reviews are coming from but this is a gem. Yeah, no hook ups but most RVs have tanks. Dump station just 5 miles away. Each site has a covered table with concrete pad and BBQ. You have to look for your neighbor if you have one. This place is almost always empty.

My NewFavorite
W use to say at Wild West rv park up the road till they made unauthorized cages to my CC. As VA appointment in Tucson so we decided to do T-Day a week early with the grandkids and tried this place. Ten bucks per day, boondocking but that’s cool, road in the park are a bit washed out in spot since the last monsoon rain. The county did some emergency repairs by need more but they are passable with high clearance. We had no problems with our 5th wheel, just have to go slow. First night there was 1 other sight occupied, 2nd night 2 and Saturday night we had the entire park to ourselves. Interstate 8 to the south and Highway 84 north but traffic noise almost in noticeable. A little further to travel to the families home in Maricopa but for the price and quiet it’s worth it. Oh, and the flies, we noticed considerably less than at Wild West so that’s another plus

Time Flies
Mid November must be fly season. They were bad, hanging on windows and door. Sites seem pretty level with a few ruts to avoid. Road noise present but otherwise quiet. We liked the covered picnic table with cement pad beneath it. We walked some dry creek beds with our dog. 4 bars AT&T.

Great Place To Boondock
This is a well maintained campground with covered picnic areas and lots of room for pull through parking of any size rig and move around. It is strictly dry camping but a great site.

a nice stop
We were going to boondock in the sonoran desert but a BLM sign warned that the area was a federal law enforcement zone, and that drug trafficking was a known problem in the area. We retreated to west pinal park instead. $10 seemed reasonable. There are nice covered picnic tables on concrete pads at most sites. Plenty of room for any sized RV, and I mean PLENTY. Sites range from huge to ridiculously huge. Site is wedged between I-8 and hwy 84, so road noise is a minor issue but we had no problems with it.
