Current Resident

We have been here for a year and for the most part have enjoyed being here. But since we complained about the terrible WiFi, the owner has decided to harass us, impose rules on only us, and has lied about an issue that happened last night. I did not want to voice our issue on a review since we intend to leave by the end of the month, but Boyd tried kicking us out today, no notice, we are paid through the end of the month, we told him we are leaving in 12 days anyway. Boyd is ratcheting up this issue and for that reason I am leaving these comments. It is a shame owners cannot be objective and reasonable and resort to lying and playing games.

Brand New Park

Just getting the finishing touches completed. Paved roads. Gravel sites with cement “patios” for chairs and a table. Level and generously sized sites. Lots of trees planted but not yet big enough to provide shade. Park is intended for long-term guests, but you can stay for an overnight. You can buy a site if you wish. Gated, so don’t plan on a late arrival. Very neat, clean and quiet. Would return!
