Best Resort To Date
The theft review below had us concerned, but all the other 5 star reviews made us give it a try. Glad we did! Place is fantastic. All the facilities seem brand new, nice, modern, super clean, like a 5 star hotel. Multiple laundry and shower facilities around the park, dog walks, playgrounds, and a beautiful mini Olympic pool with 2 hot tubs. Rec room with nice new pool table and shuffle board.
The front desk staff turned red and chuckled when I mentioned the theft review. Apparently they remember that customer well, he had an electric bike stolen, but it wasnt locked up. They said it has been extremely rare for such a thing to happen. They said they do not allow outside people in, it is a guest only park. However, it is not gated, and there is a chance people could illegally enter and use the pool, though we didnt get that vibe at all. They also have rent-a-cops that patrol the camp ground.
It is the nicest resort park we have stayed in, and we have been fulltime for 2 years now.

Big Theft Problems
In past two months really gone down hill which is sad as beautiful place.. They let the outside community come in with day passes to use pool, club house. Teenagers hanging out. Electric bikes being stolen even cut right off ladders. They are even stealing fire rings and picnic tables. Sherif there often taking theft report. And the office does not tell new in coming rvrs. Will never go back. For the amount of money, I dont want to share with public

Wow
1st RV resort stay in a while but wow this place was sweet! Clubhouse was amazing, pool was really nice, check in was seamless. The sites were average size and gravel but mostly level. We love this place!

Old Traveler.
One of the best places we have stayed in. Reasonable WiFi, TV cable more than adequate, good Verizon, excellent laundry, bathroom facilities etc.
our check in was easy, the young lady at the front desk was exceptional, found our site very uneven! Switched us to a different site, no problem.
Little pricey but worth every penny.

Very Nice Resort
This is a very nice reasonably priced new luxury RV park with all the amenities: store, heated pool, spa, clubhouse, pickle ball, bocce, 2 laundries, and access to the river. It’s one of the nicest resorts we’ve stayed in. Clubhouse was closed during our visit due to COVID. Sites are large and surfaced with crushed stone with large rocks and plantings between sites. It’s pet friendly with nice astroturf dog walk areas scattered throughout the park. Everything is well maintained. The sites are open and some new small trees are planted but nothing big enough for shade. There are some sites shaded by large awnings at the top of the park. There is some road noise from the highway at the bottom end of the park near the pond/fountain, but we weren’t bothered at our site up closer to the entrance. WiFi was spotty for us but we had good T-mobile service. The park is located near many tourist attractions. We will stay here again.

Bathrooms are unavailable!
**edit: The management contacted us and gave us a refund for our stay.**
This park is pretty, but the bathrooms were completely unavailable! We were in a pop up camper and we’re not made aware of the bathroom situation before booking our stay. Not only were we forced to use our tiny cassette toilet, but there was no dump site access available, so we had to wait to get to our next campground to empty our cassette. The bathrooms at this campground were completely closed and unavailable between 6pm and 10am—outrageous!!! E we will not be back!

Great Park But Club House Closed!
Sites are gravel and of a good size. The pool opened up after closure for pandemic and the staff did well on disinfecting chairs and tables. The clubhouse did not open nor did the office. We had planned to return for another month but decided against it because of the closure.

Top Notch Rv Park
Two month stay. Corporate run rv park. No camp hosts. Office staff great though. Sergio is great. They put all new heavy gravel to spots. Beautiful club house and pool area. Nice gym. Spaces with room galore. We have 40ft 5th wheel. Wifi was good. Able to watch netflix most of time. Verizon had it's good and bad days but always did what I needed for work. Shower rooms nice, used just once as always like to check out but dont like at all you cant adjust temps and had to keep pushing button to turn water on. Windy in evenings. Can rent fire ring and picnic table as do not come with spot. Their is a constant traffic noise especially down in lower section by lake but better where we were at space 58. I use white noise at night so all good. Area really beautiful, peaceful and safe and centrally located to sedona, prescott, Scottsdale/Phoenix.

Per previous review the park is new, tmobile service is fair with data speeds ranging from 2-8 mbps depending on time of day. Cable tv is excellent, did not try ota since it wasn't needed. Park wifi is strong but slow at peak times. Water is good, bar soap actually lathers here as compared to other locations out west. Bath houses are top notch as are the laundry facilities. Have not checked out the club house or the pool but the neighbors speak highly of them. Do use a pressure regulator on the water as pressure is above 90psi. Yes if ever back in this area I would stay again. Small stores nearby and major stores within 30 miles.

Nice New Park
Large gravel sites. Very nice pool (about 85°) and 2 hot tubs. Showers are a 3/4bath.
Huge community room with pool tables, ping pong table, kitchen and TVs. Didn't use the laundry. Very nice staff helpful for where to eat and what to explore. Would definitely stay again. Only thing we would have liked is a picnic table and a concrete pad to put it on.

Nice!
This is the nicest park we’ve been to! Great amenities, new!
The park is large, but because it is only a quarter full, we don’t feel crowded.
The sites are spacious, the bathrooms and laundry room are clean.
The club house and the pool are so beautiful!
There’s lots of room to walk our dogs and many designated dog areas.
We’d stay here again.

New RV Park With Great Amenities!
Clean, quiet, spacious! Big park that is probably going to be difficult to get into in the future, well, at least at these rates! Personable office staff that take time to answer any questions you have. RR/showers & laundry facilities were very nice. Pool & recreation/community building is absolutely gorgeous! We didn’t have any rain, yet could see potential problems with any type of heavy downpours due to crushed rock pads & no real drainage between sites. We will be back!

5+ Stars ******
Just opened in August and we feel like we're in a $100/night resort in CA for 1/2 the price. OK, never been to one of those high end resorts in CA but looking at Motorhome magazine ads I can't be far off.
This is an easy in-out location just off I-17. Freeway and other road noise can be heard, but it's not too loud or intrusive. The overall site is on a slight downslope. Roads are paved, sites are graveled maintaining an ever so slight slope for water run off not affecting leveling.
We parked in a back-in spot to save money so expect to pay more if you get a pull-through. I attached their rate sheet.
The laundry facilities are spotless, plenty of room with nice seating and tv. Wifi posts seem to be everywhere.
A lot of little doggy faux grass areas for them to do their business.
The club house, pool, and spas again are new with plenty of seating area and amenities. I'm stunned.
