Stayed 3 nights in Sept for a short escape from Phoenix. Pleasantly surprised with a very nice park. Sites are quite large, level and trees offer some shade. Well maintained, bathrooms very clean. Whole place is fine gravel if that bothers you. Staff seems to drive around park often in their golf carts. Cottonwood is 30 minutes away. They have great wine tasting rooms.

Zane grey RV Park
We travel in a Winnebago Forza 40 footer so the site is important. This park is very nice. Didn’t have all the stuff we don’t need or use. No pools, etc. each site was nicely gardened. Trees, bushes, etc. kept clean and groomed every day. No airport noise, train noise, etc. Camp Verde is beautiful and at 3000ft. We were here in end of January for two weeks. Unfortunately was a bit chilly at this time of year. Had many near freezing nights. Heated water hose was a given. We would come again at a different time of year.

Serene Camping
We love Zane Grey. Clean, quiet, friendly. Sites are flat, level and pretty. Laundry is well maintained. No restroom access due to covid, I'm guessing they are very clean as well. Will be coming here a lot more. Thinks for a great place to relax

Terrific Place To Stay!
GREAT RV Park! Grounds are very nicely kept, staff extremely friendly. Rates are good, groups of all ages, close enough to shopping and access to Sedona, Grand Canyon, White Mountains are easy. Stayed here a few months, have already made reservations for the fall.

Stayed for a week, clean and very well maintained. Very quiet. Close to town but not too close for easy access to stores s and places to eat. Highly recommend! Great hiking path.

Rude
Apparently this is an "ADULT ORIENTED PARK" we found this place online, doesn't say anything about it on their website. When we made a reservation we told the gal we were bringing a child, and she didn't say anything about it then either. When we checked in the lady at the front desk was very rude about us having our son and rudely said this is an all adult park and you need to keep that in mind. If it wasn't so late and a holiday weekend we would've left she was so rude. The place is full of long term snow birds who take up any of the good spots. Our 4 day stay we were made very aware that they didn't care that we were here. Our friends left because of it after the first night. We found out from one of the winter residents that was actually nice to us that a corporation bought the place over a year ago so there is zero charm or any real amenities. Bathrooms are clean. Slots are decent and level. It's a shame because this place has so much potential but we wouldnt come again.

Mgt lied to us. Reserve spots for their friends. Too many trees. Ok for overnights and shorter stays, but wouldn’t recommend for monthly stays or longer

Great Place
What a great RV Park. We had to change our plans several times and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Very clean and neat. A very social group of campers and always something to do. Also a good location to be able to get around and see all the sights.

By now this is a 5 star place with the upgrades to the WiFi they are doing. Very friendly staff, well maintained, and clean. Lots of shade in the park to keep you cooler. We will be back!

SO CLEAN! Very well taken care of RV park with full hookups and great people. Two simple hiking trails next to a creek. Adult park, very quiet. I had no problem with my 38' class A.

Lovely Campground
Nice sized, shaded, level sites; well-maintained, pleasant and helpful staff. Wifi is iffy, but the new management is working to improve it. I'd happily stay here again.

Zane Grey RV Park
Great family owned park. I think there were 70 some sites, full hookups, community fires only. Clean, clean, CLEAN, we'll be back!
