Wonderful!!

I couldn't have found a more friendly place! Stayed with Cherokee for a year! Regina and her family are wonderful people that run the campgrounds. Extended family now. ?

Mainly Long Term

Had been coming to this area for several trips and finally got a spot for a week. Quiet, friendly neighbors, and the price is great! Lake is beautiful, but the driveway is a little bumpy. Most people here are full timers so if you get lucky to get a spot, you'll enjoy your stay.

Absolutely Picturesque

The epitome of what a campground should be! Lots of trees, level, roomy sites, a nearby lake, neat, well kept, and quiet. Very reasonably priced; however, there are many long-term residents, so don’t count on being able to get a spot without calling ahead and making a reservation. We stopped mid day during the week early spring and got one of the last two sites available. Lakeside is a year in advance reservation. Definitely not a campground you could count on for travel but well worth planning ahead for a long stay.

Love This Place!

This campground is quiet and you can bring your pets, even stay long-term! The people who run the campground are very friendly, and accommodating. They have a shower house with laundry facilities, and a huge beautiful lake you can fish from! I would stay there again. Prices are very reasonable.
