CAMPER BEWARE: The prices online are indeed starting prices and are no where close to what you will be charged. In bold they write they are subject to change without notice and boy does it change. Online Prices for the month of March 50 a night 70 for holiday we were charged 185 a night plus 10 a night for premium site. The 10 I'm not upset about, but hello 185 is a far cry from 50 a night. Yes I understand it is spring break but charge holiday rate or make a special price for those weeks. Let people know! People can't afford the price of fuel plus your outrageous price!

Rude people.Very clicky.Those that have been back 2 this place over a number of years, think they own it. Newcomers are not welcome and they look at you like an outcast. Stay far away if you don't like the"click"atmosphere.

Great RV Park

Stayed here June of 2019. Friendly employees, bath houses cleanest I have seen, pool was nice. Concrete pads level. Check-in was a breeze. Very convenient to beaches in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. 7- 12 minute drive most mornings. Could be an hour depending on the day and time you head out. Great restaurants close by. Cable and WiFi worked flawlessly. Will stay here again and we would recommend this resort to others. All other campers were nice and courteous as well. Quiet at night. Just a little traffic noise but barely worth mentioning, did not bother us and we were on site #3 fairly close to the main road.

Fantastic Campsite

Camped with our 31' travel trailer. Easy to park on the flat concrete pads. Beautiful landscaping and facilities. Kids loved the pool and playground. Bathrooms were immaculately clean.

Hidden Gem

Absolutely love the park. Very clean and spacious sites. Has been quiet at night time so you can definitely get your rest. Staying for 5 days while grandson plays baseball locally. Very kid friendly and seems safe for children. The pool area is really nice. Clubhouse is huge. Only con is that Internet access is slow but it's vacation and shouldn't be using it anyway!! Price is a little more than other places we have stayed but the amenities are great. Will definitely recommend staying here and would love to do so again in the future.
