Nice Campground

Large, spacious sites, good location in orange beach. We like Sun Outdoors for their amenities and clean, well kept facilities. Only drawback is their prices are definitely on the higher side considering there is no site trash service, and you pay for everything. Drivable distance to beach amenities and all the touristy stuff the area has to offer. Biggest perk of this CG is it's close proximity to the Gulf Shores State park. Many miles of bike trails.

Not Ready For Prime time

Be careful. Park is great with nice amenities. But if you are in the new part you are a long way from everything (800 yards to pool). Also, because the grass is new they run the sprinklers on your RV and the entire patio area several times a day. Everything gets wet and if you are sleeping it wakes you up. Calls to maintenance and the front desk and even visits to the front desk are unproductive. “I will report it. We will do something about it. I will call the contractor. “. But nothing. Also, the new bathhouse is open but missing shower curtain, table for your stuff and clothes hooks.

Nice Park

Clean well kept park. Silly for the price of rv stay they don't offer propane tank refill pick up and drop off, as I've stayed at parks less expensive and just as nice which offer as an amentity. In addition no discounts available for veterans or rv travel clubs or AAA. I stay at RV parks all over country and have never stayed where they didn’t offer at least a veteran discount at a minimum.

Bike Path To The Park is Awesome

Park is clean and people working are friendly. Silly that the second bathhouse is closed for Covid but the laundry room is open. It’s a bit of a long walk to get to the one open bathhouse from the front of the property. Across the street is where they’re doing storm debris dumping which is a bit noisy. But park is well kept and quiet. Don’t miss the path to the state park at the back of the property. It’s wonderful to walk or bike. Take it abt 3 miles to the park restaurant!

Very Nice Park

We stayed four night last September and loved it. Nice long sites and many amenities. We enjoyed walking around the lake in the evening and watching the alligators, birds and the wild life

We stayed here for two weeks in 44 mh. Very nice new park. Big sites. Beautiful club house with nice pool and hot tub. Very nice people.

Great Well Maintained RV Resort

Stayed here a few days, unbelievably large sites, well maintained, adult and children pools and all around good location. Beach is a little drive which is not the best due to the traffic issues but you are right across the street from The Wharf. We will definitely be back.

Very very nice place these people have a beautiful place.The staff is very friendly and helpful. Stayed here for a week. All concrete and asphalt nicely landscape. They plan on putting more spots in around the lake. Beautiful place. We will come back again.

Nice but...

Nice sites lots of restrictions... 10PM and all facilities are locked up. Have to pay $15 just to wash your rig. Lots of space between rigs. They have new rules that require 2 months of stay plus you have to pay for electric.. That is a deal breaker for us. We would consider 1 month.

We absolutely loved Pandion Ridge! All paved roads and big concrete parking pads, clean facility and friendly staff. The pool area is amazing and we grilled out by the gas fireplace and hot tub. Looking forward to planning another trip to Pandion Ridge.
