16 Trains Per Day.
Camping is insanely close together. But the hikes are all gorgeous. This place gives you a healthy dose of beach/water fun and deep Forest. ~Please Do Not Use Plastic Bags To Pick Up Dog Poop Just To Leave It There Indecomposable.~

Spectacular
This is a spectacularly beautiful drive to a spectacularly beautiful park along a spectacularly busy train track with activity 24/7. If your RV has good noise insulation then I say go. We were in a tent at the time and I was unable to sleep.

Info correction
I haven't stayed at this park yet, but when I called to ask about the 18,000 lb limit on the road, as mentioned in Brad's review, I was told that this applied only to the southern-most highway connector.
So, don't let that deter you. Call to confirm the exit number to avoid the weight limit.
They do have a 10-day stay limit, and tend to be booked up on weekends and holidays, so reserve early.

We love Larabee!
We stay at Larabee everytime we visit Bellingham. We drive a 28 foot bumper pull and move with ease around the camp. We love camping with in walking distance of a beautiful beach with lots of scenic walking trails around the park. Most camps are surrounded by majestic trees and vegetation, so although you are close to neighbors it feels like your an old growth Rain forest. This camp fills up quick in the summer. Reservations can be made on line.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Beautiful sites with full hook up. And a great drive with great views getting there. Ranger was friendly. A train rolls by frequently but quiet other than that. Disappointed camp host was not there to buy ice.

Really nice, sites are close and small. Like good ole camping. Walking trails close by and close to the water. Loved it!
