Scenic Spot
Stayed in one of the Cranberry lake loops. Plenty of room for a 25' drivable RV. Heavily forested, beautiful spot. There are 3 levels of charges in this CG. Shoulder or off season is 30, 35 and 40 for utility sites - check the site for dates on the seasons.. No problem getting a spot mid week, even late in the day, without a reservation this time of the year, though that won't be true in the summer, and perhaps even into about mid September.

Very Tight
We had perhaps the largest 5th wheel there, the loop is very narrow. Must slow down and be very careful at all times. We had a pull thru, but no hook ups. Very close to the beach and water holes. Camp rangers gave talks to the kids each day. Beautiful campground ⛺️!!!!

Best In Western Washington
Just stayed here a few weeks back. Great sites, tons of fun walking and hiking areas. Lots to see and do around here. Tulip Festival if you go in April / May. Beautiful sunsets over the water and San Juans. Will DEFINITELY be back. Need to plan far in advance for this one. But well worth it.

The Amazing Trips
Beautiful campsite, easy walking distance to spectacular views of Deception Pass bridge and sunset views over west beach. Large, very private, level sites - adorable camp store, dump station ($5). Would definitely stay again, only drawback was dismal cell service (Verizon); AT&T was intermittent. Bonus: Whale watching with Island Adventures out of Anacortes and kayaking with Anacortes Kayaking Tours at Bowman Bay were a highlight of our trip! ⭐️

Beautiful!
Huge treed spots. The ocean and a lake are right there. Lovely walks. Very quiet other than the odd brief plane noise. Would definitely go back for a longer stay. Poor cell service keeps it from being a 5.

There's only one campground open in winter + park closes at dusk. ... Jets from the local naval base will fly overhead (loudly) until past 9. Trails are very well marked and offer a good range from easy & flat to difficult with extreme elevation gain. Make sure you have cash or checks if arriving after hours - getting cashback not easy to find in the area - had to go to casino 20 minutes away

Awesomely Awesome
This is by far one of the best state parks we have stayed at.. It a bit of a challenge getting there but well worth it. The park is very well kept and the spaces are roomy with lots of giant trees surrounding u. There is great fishing at the lakes nearby and also along the coast. You can also park near deception pass bridge and do a self guided walk on the bridge, which is over the pass. Not for the scared of heights, but fun..... The only two issues were the navy jets flying over either going in or flying out of the nearby naval base, but not too bad once u understand it's our navy boys practicing to defend our skies...Second is the Need for tokens in the showers which u buy at the front gate. Aside from that our week stay was great...would go back..

Best State Park in Washington
Usually booked for months ahead! Call!! This is one beautiful state park with fabulous private RV sites and camping. The gateway to the fabulous San Juan Islands one of the NW gems. If you can get in believe me you will enjoy the setting.
