Wah Wah Wah
For the price it’s a nice clean park with water and electric. The Camp Ground host are spectacular and the wood is dirt cheap. Awesome hiking trails around the lake. Facilities are spotless

Meh
Typical ACE campground - elec sites very close together with no privacy. Best RV sites 30, 32, 13. View of lake from campground not great. Trails are beautiful, day use area pretty. Dump station, water, elec make it a nice stopover but would not be a destination for me. Weekends packed and rowdy even in mid-Oct during a storm. Tent sites and dry camp sites more like actual camping but most are not accessible with even small rvs. Tent sites 54, 76, 61 really nice, but many great options. Roads in are very narrow, windy, and often become almost one lane. Def check website for directions since gps will take you down terrible roads not rec for rvs.

Sweet Spot
Nice place in the woods I stayed on #30 . It is semi secluded has a stream ,electric, water and a short walk to brand new well kept restrooms and showers. Friendly camp hosts and easy check in one of the nicest spots I've stayed it's a trek back in here but worth it. Bring your supplies with you there ain't much back in here.

Off-season
Stayed for the first time in November, the off season for $20 a night. Not at all busy. Sites have electric, but water has been shut off for the winter. Bath house is open and fully operational. Dump station is usable, but there is no water, so can’t refill or rinse.

Sites are close to each other, but for $25/nite with power and water hookups, not bad. Still crowded on the weekends, but empty during the week. Half price for senior pass. Hiking, boating and fishing.

Great place to camp in the fall. Too popular during the summer months. Great fishing. One loop is designed for larger campers, one for smaller campers and one loop for tent campers. The sites are a little too close to each other.
